If you continue to experience issues, you may want to consider reinstalling or updating the Windows Media Player on your computer. Update or reinstall the Windows Media Player Once the Graphic Equalizer is displayed, make sure all settings are at least halfway up. The recommended DVD Player decoder for Windows is WinDVD Player 4 or above. InterActual Player requires an additional software DVD decoder to work. The recommended versions are 2.6, 2.7 and 2.71.
